At LinkOrbit, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Our guest posting and link insertion services are designed to deliver high-quality results, but we understand that issues may arise. Below is our refund and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair process.

Refund Policy:

  • If 30% or more of the delivered links fail to meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will refund the affected links or provide suitable replacements.
  • If the issue affects less than 30%, we will offer replacements instead of refunds.
  • Refunds will not be applicable once the content is published and indexed by search engines.
  • Payments made via PayPal are subject to their non-refundable transaction fees.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
  • After 24 hours, the order is considered final, and modifications may not be possible.

Exceptions

  • We do not issue refunds for miscommunication or changes in SEO strategy after the order is completed.
  • Refunds do not apply if search engine rankings fluctuate due to algorithm updates or external factors beyond our control.
  • No refunds for bulk orders once work has started.
