Guest Post and Link Insertion

At LinkOrbit, we ensure each guest post is placed on relevant, real websites with quality content and live links. Also involve manual outreach to relevant publishers, placing your links within existing posts in a natural and contextual manner. However, certain conditions apply to refunds:

  • If 30% or more of the delivered guest posts fail to meet the agreed-upon criteria (e.g., not live, wrong niche, incorrect anchor/URL), we will refund the affected posts or provide suitable replacements.

  • If the issue affects less than 30%, we will offer replacements only, not refunds.

  • Refunds will not be applicable once the content is published and indexed by search engines.

  • Payments made via PayPal or Payoneer are subject to their non-refundable transaction fees.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

1.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders for Guest Posts or Link Insertions can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement at no cost.

  • After 24 hours, the order is considered final, and changes may not be possible.

1.2 Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for miscommunication or changes in SEO strategy after work has started.

  • We are not responsible for ranking fluctuations due to Google updates or external factors.

  • Bulk orders are non-refundable once they are in progress or delivered.

WordPress Web Design Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering customized, responsive, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites. Since design work involves planning and technical effort, our policy is as follows:

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • A 100% refund is available if the project has not yet started, and the cancellation request is made within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding PayPal/Payoneer fees).

  • A partial refund may be issued if:

    • Only initial planning or layout ideas have been shared.

    • No mockups, development, or backend work has begun.

    • The project is still in the early consultation or briefing stage.

2.2 Refunds Will Not Be Issued If

  • The design phase is completed or the project has entered the development stage.

  • The website has been made live, or design files/staging access have been delivered.

  • The client causes project delays due to:

    • Lack of feedback

    • Missing content

    • Unresponsiveness for more than 10 business days

  • The client approves earlier drafts and later changes their mind due to subjective preferences (e.g. “not what I imagined”).

  • The client changes the scope mid-project without written agreement.

2.3 Revision Policy

  • Includes up to 2 free revisions per design phase (e.g., homepage, inner pages).

  • Revisions must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.
